Description

Create a module from which an admin can see and edit permissions for every module and item in TCMS. This was an issue brought up in the forums.

Would be a good feature to have, we'll probably aim to have this done as an Extra module - though I can see it becoming part of the standard base for 2.4.0.

I could probably attack this module this weekend, but I think there are other higher priority modules to finish first (i.e. comments, submit to social news)

Maybe you could take a go at #66? I'm currently in the process of removing everything to do with comments and site submission (that is hard coded in), so once I commit you'd be good to go. Which ever you want to do, up to you =)
