Description
A checkbox to automatically add a page to the site menu, using the page name as the link.

This can easily be set up using some additional content hooks, and I can see this being useful. It needs an option be turned off though, we don't want the additional content table growing too large with a default install.

It's a good idea, however how will it know which menu to attach it to?
