Description

Add the ability to expire users passwords automatically after so many days, or manually to force them to change it. If it has expired, upon login they will have to choose a new password that is not the same as the previous.

2.4.55 Released. Implemented Feature #198 "Expire users passwords".

User passwords can now expire (checked upon login), and can not be the same as the previous password.
Fixed regression in Ugmanager::editUser() regarding username change
