Description
When a contact form is accessed via an alias, for instance - tangosite.com/contact (as an alias to contact/index/4) the form does not submit - however, when you access the same form directly it submits.

Appears to be working for me, can you provide some steps to replicate?
It could be that you have added in require checkbox elements, with none of them selected.

No info to replicate and all is working fine here, closing as invalid.
