Description
System:
TangoCMS: 2.5.3 (stable)
Zula Framework: 0.7.71 (unstable)
Web Server: lighttpd/1.4.19
PHP: 5.3.2 (cgi-fcgi)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have multiple items in the given sector
2. Set the permissions of one of the items to be more restrictive
3. Save the layout, check the given settings work
4. Update the order/placement of the modules in the sector and save
5. The permissions have been reset to the defaults, anyone can view the hidden sector

Appears it has already been fixed in 2.6.x :)
