Might be nice to add Author, Website and e-mail fields too and other custom fields too, all customisable)

Revisions r2373, r2376, r2377 have implemented more of the configuration and management side. Most needed now is comment moderation, settings and we're done.

All the basic functionality that we required has been implemented as of r2388. They may get a few more features (and 100% polish) soon, but trackbacks and spam filtering will be part of 2.4.0 now.
